First Things First
Before you proceed with what you are gonna do today, remember this. Knowing who you are comes first before knowing what you can do. Every person is designed for greatness. Excellence is never out of reach.
“One of the most important foundations of performance is determining what you’re good at, what you have the potential to be great at, and bringing that [knowledge] to the work that you do,” says Nicole Helprin, director of internal and employee engagement communications for Hewlett-Packard.
When you are doing things naturally, your killer performance will follow. Check your personal nature versus nurture and embrace both. Nothing should hold you back.
Now. What are you gonna do today? Know who you really are. And make a difference.
