Morning Stretch
As soon as I woke up, I elevated my legs to perform a common stretch. Then, ouch.

It’s actually my first time experiencing such. It hit my calf muscle and I had to stretch it properly for about 2 minutes. Painful as it enveloped my lower body, I just held on to it for a bit and it eventually wore off. It was surely shirty. It felt like my muscles twitched unceasingly.
