Professionalism vs. Personal-ism

Sometimes, I just can’t see the reason why people get too attached with their emotions. They end up having an unproductive mixture of what it is to be prolific. At work, some of the people choose to be professional and personal, all at the same time. This, then, introduces the thin line between stiff professionalism and personal idiosyncrasy.

In hindsight, being professional and personal can be a clear possibility. It is just about knowing how to address a certain situation .

You can be professional at work by properly dressing up; dropping profound words in conversations; and knowing how to meet the demands by facing them–not evading. You can also be personal at work by chatting with your officemates in a personal level; building relationships through consistent courtesy; and breaking loose of the wacky follies in the right time, the right place and the right people.

‘Nuff said.
