It’s never about what you can do. It’s about who you are. Then, what you can do.
You cannot do something when you are not capable or skilled in doing that particular thing. Like shooting hoops. You will never excel in that field if you are not wired for that in the first place. Try taking aback and evaluate yourself.
Who are you? What are your strengths, weaknesses, aspirations, vision? Like an iPhone to a Steve Jobs, who created you?
One of the helpful tools in deciphering who I am which led to knowing what I can do is the Strengths Finder 2.0.
It would also allow you to know how your friends–given that they also took the test–are strung out. How they can effectively function in given scenarios especially in dilemmas and gripping quandaries.
Here’s my roster of strengths.
Although this is not the ultimate standard of who you are, it helps. Not a box, but a part of the puzzle. More like a jigsaw puzzle piece about who you are. And what you can do.
