Choose Well

When you do something in a consistent basis, you will reach a point when you get used to it already. It’s like doing something 21-days straight which will become a habit. Soon after, it’ll become a lifestyle. A life pattern.

Be careful on what habits you are shaping. Make sure they are for your good. Because everything is definitely permissible but not all of it is beneficial.

A line from a song by Kelly Clarkson also reminds me:

What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.

It’s always good to feel the pleasures in life but then again, not everything is beneficial.
