If you have a plan, how will you pull it off?
Remember that there are just some things that are out of your control. Things that as much as you want it to happen–ASAP–you can never get to achieve it. It’s not about being foxy or overbearing, or worse, domineering. It’s not even about selfishness and greed. Above all, it’s about being productive.
We get things done. We get them done––right.
One of the reasons why this happens is plain miscommunication––the effectivity of the interrelated vision that needs to be completely grasped by both parties involved. Other reasons may be lack of focus, passion and persistence. This scenario mostly goes to the corporate slaves who are beaten down with the blank perspective of “I-just-want-to-get-paid” or “it’s-fine-as-long-as-I’m-doing-my-job” as the prime mindset.
We need to be excellent in all things. How might we do that? How can we do that? How must we do that?
Having an effective team who works with a parallel vision is one thing. Taking risks is another thing. Never settle for the average. It’s like this:
- Effective communication
- Team with single vision
- Excellence over mediocrity
